Das Erstellen eines Kontos hat viele Vorteile:
Good Return Procedure
In order to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.), if the Customer is registered he must send the request made within 10 days of receipt of the order from his own account:
- Log in with your account and go to the section "My Orders"
- Select the order on which you want the return and click on "View Order"
- Check that the data is correct and click on top right on "Request Return"
- Fill in the form that appears by specifying in the notes which articles you would like to claim for the return and if you prefer a refund, item change or a store credit to be used for future purchases.
If the Customer is not registered or has made the purchase without logging in to his account, within 10 days of receipt of the order, go to the Goods Return Request:
- complete the search form with the required data, which will be found in the order confirmation email
- check in the order that it will appear that the data is correct and click on top of the right to "Request Returns"
- fill out the form that appears by specifying in the notes for which articles you would like to claim for the return and if you prefer a refund, item change or a store credit to be used for future purchases.
Alternatively, you can send the request, within 10 days of receipt of the order, directly via e-mail at [email protected], indicating the order number (provided in the order confirmation email) Name and surname used for the order making.
Upon receipt of the Return Request, Liberotech will send a written confirmation to the Customer, containing the Return Order Number.
